Archiving Policy
Archiving policy for the Al Haqeeqah:
- Purpose: The purpose of this archiving policy is to ensure that the articles published in Al-Haqeeqah are preserved and accessible for future generations.
- Scope: This policy applies to all articles published in Al-Haqeeqah, regardless of the volume, issue, or year of publication.
- Responsibilities: The following entities are responsible for the archiving of Al-Haqeeqaharticles:
- The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for ensuring that all articles are archived in a timely manner.
- The Publisher is responsible for providing the necessary resources and infrastructure for archiving the articles.
- The Archivist is responsible for maintaining the archive and ensuring that the articles are accessible to the public.
- Procedures: The following procedures will be used for archiving Al-Haqeeqah articles:
- The Editor-in-Chief will upload all articles to the journal's website within one month of publication.
- The Publisher will provide the Editor-in-Chief with a secure server for storing the articles.
- The Archivist will regularly back up the articles and ensure that they are accessible in the event of a disaster.
- Access: The articles in the Al-Haqeeqah archive will be freely accessible to the public.
- Retention: The articles in the Al-Haqeeqah archive will be retained indefinitely.
This archiving policy will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the needs of the journal and its readers.
In addition to the above, the following specific guidelines will be followed for archiving Al-Haqeeqaharticles:
- The articles will be archived in PDF format.
- The articles will be tagged with the following metadata:

- The articles will be indexed in major academic databases.
- The articles will be made available through open access channels.
